Three bullets, once a week. Shipped / Stuck / Next. Reply to one other person. That is the whole stand-up.
Why async
Solo founders already have too many calendar objects. A thread that waits is more honest than a call that guilt-trips you. If an in-person table happens later, the thread can sit between those days. No in-person dates are published.
Rules that work (proposed, not enforced policy)
- Post even if you shipped nothing — write the stuck bullet honestly
- No pitch decks in the stand-up thread
- One question max per week to the group
- Celebrate boring shipping (auth, invoices, a single user interview)
